Job Description Account Executive – New Business (Enterprise), Benelux Focus on Utilities, Energy & Logistics Fluency in Dutch and English is required for this customer-facing role. 📍 Benelux | Hybrid / Remote Why this role exists Ultimo builds enterprise asset management (EAM) software for organisations where physical assets sit at the core of operations — utilities, energy providers, logistics networks, and industrial businesses. This is mission-critical software. It supports uptime, compliance, asset performance, and operational reliability. In the Benelux region, Ultimo has strong brand recognition and a growing install base. The opportunity now is to expand into new enterprise accounts across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics. We are hiring a New Business Account Executive to focus exclusively on net-new customer acquisition in this segment. This is a true hunter role. In the enterprise segment, this means: Building new relationships in underpenetrated verticals Engaging operational and maintenance leaders earlier Elevating conversations from tooling to business impact Driving new logo growth in strategically important industries For the right AE, this is an opportunity to: Own a clear vertical focus Open new accounts in serious, asset-heavy industries Build something meaningful with autonomy and visibility Operate in a structured but entrepreneurial sales environment Your mandate (Net New / Hunter Focus) As an Account Executive, you will: Own new business acquisition across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics in Benelux Proactively build pipeline through targeted outbound and account planning Identify and qualify opportunities within enterprise organisations Lead full sales cycles from first conversation to close Engage operational leaders, maintenance managers, and decision-makers Position Ultimo as a long-term operational partner This role requires someone comfortable creating momentum, not waiting for it. How you’ll operate Ultimo operates like a scale-up inside a serious enterprise software business: High ownership Clear accountability Short decision lines Expectation to challenge constructively CRM discipline and structured pipeline management You’ll be expected to operate with independence and commercial judgement. What we’re looking for This role will suit someone who can demonstrate: Proven success in net-new B2B SaaS or software sales selling to enterprise organizations Strong outbound and prospecting capability Confidence leading full sales cycles Ability to engage operational, technical as well as C-Suite stakeholders Structured pipeline management and forecasting discipline Commercial resilience and drive Please note: Experience in Utilities, Energy, Logistics, or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
