The role We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Account Executive to join the team here at the Jensten Group. You’ll be mainly focussing on New Business, generating new clients and building pipelines- with the main aim of the role to add to the existing client base and increase income. We offer a variety of Insurances to our customers, which include Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Liability, SME’s to name a few. Reporting to the Branch Director, you'll be based from our Kidderminster office (we have hybrid working options/ flexibility) and can provide leads/ referrals to follow up on. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include: · Offer and present insurance solutions including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, with purpose to secure new business. · Identify and pursue cross-selling, up-selling and similar opportunities. Utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase the quote volume. · Achieve or exceed agreed volume of Quotes/Sales/Income generated from all marketing sources including own personal prospecting activity. · Negotiation of competitive terms with the product/service providers in order to satisfy client requirements. · Handling invoicing of all premiums due including effective credit control, where necessary. · To understand client’s business operations, opportunities and risks and their approach to risk management and insurance. · To ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA About you As one of our Account Executives, you’ll be a ‘go- getter’ type of person, being proactive and constantly prospecting for new clients. You’ll be able to build & strengthen relationships easily, doing client visits where necessary and staying in regular communication. You’ll have a passion for providing solutions- and a flair for spotting opportunities that will help existing and new clients going forward.
