Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with a complete understanding of client´s needs
- Strategic plan to improve client results
- Negotiate contracts with client and establish the timeline of performance
- Collaborate with sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationship, maximizing profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- Manage communications between clients and internal teams
- Work with the operations team (quotations managers, project managers, etc) dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality delivery and that all client needs are met
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Resolve client issues and complaints
- Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management insights
- Ensure our solutions are successfully delivered on time and according to our customer needs and objectives
- Keep current clients satisfied, delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: BA/BS with a specialization in/focus on Social Sciences, Marketing or Business Administration
- At least 4 years of experience in market research industry
- Presentation skills
- Knowledge and understanding of market trends and changing customer needs.
- Organizational skills
- Desirable knowledge of CRM Systems.
- Understanding of market indicators such as demand and billing.
- Knowledge of English or other languages (desirable).
- Knowledge of customer reaching platforms such as LinkedIn or Hubspot (desirable)
