Job Description About this Job NielsenIQ’s Sales team is focused on growing revenue, finding new business opportunities and market penetration. Sales is NielsenIQ’s growth engine which is instrumental for the company’s success. You will drive the overall sales, renewals, and commercial EBITDA in your scope; you will secure a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts. Drive sales, renewals and overall growth of existing accounts securing sustainable and long-term pipeline, revenue opportunities; drive commercial EBITDA while keeping an accurate forecasting and maintain C-suite customer relationships. Responsabilities Develop a strategic understanding of customer's industry/business/markets/clusters. Partner with Customer Success and other relevant functions to define strategic Account Plans and JBPs and remove roadblocks for smooth sales operations [if inside sales embedded in the team]. Drive strategic action plan to tackle Voice of the Customer feedback. Seek strategic expansion of customer network and strategic alliances to unlock new budget holders. Ensure proactive alignment of NielsenIQ value proposition to customers' needs and trends. Qualifications Min 4+ years of related experience Solid sales skills and developed sales expertise in target scope. Solid understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services, and solutions. Solid understanding of market trends and its interdependencies impacting customers.
