We’re seeking a Account Executive who thrives on generating new business and driving rapid growth. You’ll play a big role in driving new business for a fast-growing SaaS company, work with great people, and make a real impact as we modernize an industry that’s long overdue for innovation. What You’ll Do Revenue Growth: Own the end-to-end sales process for SMB accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers within the DME/HME and broader healthcare sectors, focusing on high-value opportunities Consultative Selling: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding their challenges and positioning NikoHealth as the ideal solution Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals, ensuring a seamless transition to implementation and customer success teams Collaboration: Partner with SDRs, Marketing and pPoduct teams to align on go-to-market strategies and provide customer insights to enhance offerings Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and uncover new opportunities What You’ll Bring 2-5 years of sales experience in a high growth SaaS company Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust at the executive level Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics platforms A hunter mentality with a passion for identifying and closing new business opportunities Data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the U.S.
