You will be leveraging your skills to build long lasting relationships and manage complex and long sales cycles with Rewards and Benefits teams.
As an Account Executive you will be working closely with Adam Rowe-Williams (Sales Manager), Anasuya (Chief Commercial Officer), Nick Atling (Marketing), and the SDR team to strategise, and execute our GTM to engage with the largest and most exciting UK businesses.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing highly complex deals that involve multiple stakeholders. It requires a strategic thinker who can navigate intricate negotiations and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will thrive in this role if you are adept at multithreading and can seamlessly collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams. Additionally, being hands-on with your deals and participating in client-facing activities, such as attending dinners and breakfasts, will be key to your success.
