ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Onetrace, where your influence will be crucial in shaping our Business Development Strategy. Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales is essential. In this role, you’ll be conducting product demonstrations, promoting Onetrace’s software and showing the value it can bring to potential clients. You’ll be engaging directly with our customers, gaining valuable insights that will not only enhance our service, but also guide our future product roadmap in collaboration with our product team. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
We are a small team, so we are looking for somebody who is hands-on and enjoys empowering others, with a passion for pushing boundaries.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Working with the Sales team in driving KPIs; meeting sales goals and targets
  • Conducting product demonstrations to decision makers and C-level executives addressing pain points with solutions Onetrace can provide
  • Identifying key accounts and opportunities; pitching sales and product features
  • Leading the full sales cycle from cold calling and nurturing leads, through to pipeline management and closing deals
  • Creating sales forecasts with the team and actively working towards reaching them
  • Collaborating with the product team to gain a deep understanding of our software from both the user and admin perspective
  • Continuously optimise the sales process, including lead qualification, prospecting techniques and outreach methods, to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Fostering strong relationships between clients and the sales team
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure alignment in lead generation strategies
  • Updating and reporting on monthly sales numbers
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners
  • Preparing sales presentations and participation in sales meetings both internally and externally
  • Keeping up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market
