  • Customer-facing experience

  • Background in high-performance, customer-driven environments (e.g., car rental management trainee programs, automotive sales) is an asset
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new client opportunities, primarily in Personal Lines Insurance, with the potential to grow into Commercial Lines

  • Attend local networking events, engage with centers of influence, and represent the company in a professional manner
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities through diligent follow-up and tracking
