About Us: OneSource Medical Diagnostics provides administrative and support services to Expert MRI, a radiology group. We are currently looking to fill the position of Account Executive for our Personal Injury and Imaging Diagnostic team. Territory - Los Angeles / LAX market. In this role, you will report to our Director of Sales and Marketing.
Position Overview: The Account Executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quotas and develop strong customer relationships. This position involves working both in the field and remotely within a designated territory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to use mobile devices and laptop computers while in the field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Valid California driver’s license.
  • Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results).
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
