QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional services or HR sales
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals with senior HR and Legal buyers
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of compliance or workforce regulations (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and data-driven
  • Experience using a modern sales tech stack (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a strategic, revenue-generating role responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. You’ll lead with an outbound motion, engaging senior HR and legal decision makers, and work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive compliance and growth for our clients.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth environment, loves the hunt, and can build long-term relationships that go beyond the first sale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own a full-cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, closing, and post-sale handoff
  • Generate net new pipeline via cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement
  • Engage HR and Legal stakeholders with consultative insight into compliance challenges and solutions
  • Cross-sell and upsell across OutSolve’s suite of services within assigned accounts
  • Drive client retention through driving the renewal process
  • Maintain clean, timely, and accurate data in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Use sales enablement tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot Sequences, etc.) to enhance productivity and outreach effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, and RevOps to continually improve GTM motion
  • Participate in team trainings, sales huddles, and industry events to sharpen skills and expand your network
