JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Account Executive with experience in MSP and MSSP solutions to join our growing sales team. This full-time role is based in our Barrie office, with flexibility for local travel. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing client relationships through a consultative sales approach.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of proven sales experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Technology, Information, or Internet industries.
  • In-depth understanding of Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple, value-focused terms.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with prospective clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover business challenges and technical needs.
  • Present customized MSP and MSSP solutions that align with client goals and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, service agreements, and pricing negotiations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach through to deal closure.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide regular sales pipeline updates and forecasts.
  • Participate in certification programs and sales training sessions as required.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and evolving technology solutions.
