Overview As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of an assigned portfolio of accounts, helping to grow profitable revenue for Paxport Group. Your work will focus on relationship building, positive promotion of solutions and ensuring customers receive a high level of service. With the support of experienced colleagues you’ll build confidence and gain invaluable experience toward a career in Account Management. Tasks and Responsibilities As an Account Executive you will play a key role in supporting customer accounts and helping them achieve maximum value from our distribution solutions. This position allows you to develop your skills in account management, business development, and strategic thinking, preparing you for future progression. Support your assigned customer portfolio by acting as the main commercial point of contact, either remotely or face to face as required. Help monitor account performance. Gathering data insights to support decision- making and opportunities for revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of our solutions. Identify revenue opportunities, contributing to sales targets and commercial objectives. Assist in managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals, and supporting negotiations. Support the promotion and upselling of Paxport products and services Maintain accurate customer contracts, supporting renewals and ensuring compliance with agreements. Provide support for the input to forecasts for business renewal and development. Maintain Paxport’s CRM system in accordance with company rules. Participate in internal and external training sessions to develop your knowledge and skills in airline distribution and travel technology. Work alongside the senior Account Manager to prioritise internal business opportunities, learning to evaluate ROI and contribute strategically. Required Skills and Knowledge This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in the travel tech space, with support and mentorship provided. You will develop skills required for a long-term career in Account Management, and beyond! 2+ years experience in a similar role Good understanding of the travel and airline industry. GDS, NDC, leisure or business travel operations would be an advantage Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and partners. Good organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and follow up on opportunities. Enthusiasm for problem solving and assessing opportunities Analytical thinking and attention to detail, able to understand basic performance data. Experience using Google Workspace would be an advantage. Ability to manage tasks effectively, report progress, and prioritise work.
