Description We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Pharmacy Customer Relations Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Account Executive will focus on maintaining and expanding business within a defined geographic region, with an emphasis on increasing sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals. Job Summary: The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements Identify and target potential prescribers, including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, to expand pharmacy business. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Take full ownership and accountability for achieving company goals in the assigned region. Educate healthcare providers and office staff on the benefits of our Services, ensuring they align with provider needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer retention. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow new business while maintaining the existing customer base. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events. Provide regular business forecasts and updates on sales activities. Attend in-person team meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales with a proven record of success. Experience in Pharmacy Services sales is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. Demonstrated ability to organize and execute sales campaigns and promotional events. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
