Pioneer Industrial Systems is committed to providing high-quality turnkey robotic and automated solutions to our clients and customers, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Account Executive (AE) who can help us achieve our sales goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an AE, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and staying up to date on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field desired
10+ years of experience in industrial automation sales
Experience in industrial robotics, automation, (machine vision is a plus)
Knowledge of Fanuc robots
Extensive customer rolodex to bring along
Experience with HubSpot CRM
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective teamwork mentality is a must
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

ROLES:

  • You will use the HubSpot CRM model to track sales activities, monitor sales progress, and manage leads and deals in the sales pipeline.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies: As an AE you will create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals, vision, and mission. You will leverage HubSpot’s Sales Hub tools to build effective sales processes, automate sales activities, and measure sales performance.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships: The AE will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Sales forecasting and planning: The AE needs to be able to forecast sales trends and develop sales plans that ensure the achievement of revenue goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing and achieving sales targets: As AE you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers: As AE you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including identifying their needs and addressing any concerns.
  • Analyzing sales data and trends: As AE you will be responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with other departments: As AE you will work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
