KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Pondurance is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to cover the Mid-Atlantic territory, including NYC, NJ, PA, VA, MD, DC. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
We’re seeking someone with a strong track record in cybersecurity sales, who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment. As a strategic thinker and skilled communicator, you’ll play a key role in delivering tailored security solutions to clients, helping them stay ahead of today’s ever-evolving cyber threats. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive consistent pipeline growth within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners to generate leads and maximize regional impact.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Plan and participate in sales events, presentations, and partner enablement activities to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Deliver compelling online and in-person presentations, effectively communicating Pondurance’s cybersecurity solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, including accurate reporting and effective information sharing across teams.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure, with a focus on planning, execution, and problem-solving.
  • Embrace feedback, adapt to change, and build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Promote a collaborative, service-oriented company culture while seeking opportunities to improve processes and systems.
