Work with the sales development team on sales qualified leads, starting from the discovery phase of the sales pipeline.
For both your own SQL’s and the SQL’s coming from our sales development team (inbound & outbound), work with potential clients to understand their explicit needs and come up with a full game plan to meet their goals.
Along with our sales engineers, you are responsible for onboarding new clients and transitioning to the account management team.
Assist the account management team, as required, to help maintain relationships with clients and assist with all renewals and upsell opportunities.
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
