The Opportunity (What This Role Really Means) We need someone who can be the face of Practifi—not just closing deals, but building genuine relationships with wealth management firms who need what we offer. This role exists because our product truly helps financial advisors succeed, and we need someone who can communicate that authentically while building their own territory from the ground up. This isn't a role where you'll be handed a warm pipeline and told to smile and dial. You'll prospect your own leads, nurture marketing-generated opportunities, and leverage partner relationships—all while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to make sure we're actually solving the right problems. Because when sales, product, and customer success are aligned, everyone wins—especially our clients. Your Day-to-Day (The Honest Version) Here's what you'll actually be doing: The Core Work: Own your quota and territory: You'll independently manage your sales numbers, build and maintain your pipeline, and hit your targets. No hand-holding, but plenty of support when you need it. Generate and nurture leads: Mix of self-prospecting, marketing leads, and partner connections. You'll run demos, lead discovery calls, and move deals forward without waiting for someone to tell you what to do next. Close deals professionally: Consultative selling that actually helps clients, not pushy tactics. You'll represent Practifi in a way that makes us proud. Log everything accurately: Keep our CRM current and complete performance reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Yes, this matters—data drives our decisions.
