KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Strategic Growth: Identify high-value prospective partners and implement targeted strategies to secure and grow new business opportunities. * Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with home health agencies, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers. * Education & Advocacy: Deliver compelling presentations to educate referral partners on the benefits of our services and help them identify opportunities to improve patient outcomes. * Operational Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless referrals and outstanding partner satisfaction. * Customer Support: Provide responsive, high-quality service to partners, resolving inquiries and issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and trust. * Industry Expertise: Stay up to date on regulations, reimbursement policies, and trends within the healthcare industry. * Partner Growth: Develop and execute plans to deepen existing partnerships and identify new business opportunities. * Maintain a knowledge of assigned territories and identify opportunities for new partnerships. *  Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. *  Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. *  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet partner needs. *  Provide exceptional customer service and support. *  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations. *  Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. *  Provide education and support to partners as needed. *  Work closely with the sales team in a collaborative environment. *  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications * Home Health Care Account Executive experience is required (Mobile Wound Care experience is an advantage but not required) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *  Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships. *  Strong problem-solving skills. *  Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *  Proficiency in Google WorkSpace. *  Strong organizational and time management skills. *  Strong attention to detail. *  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. *  Proactive and results-driven mindset. *  Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and partner needs. *  Strong presentation skills. *  Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. *  Knowledge of healthcare sales strategies. * Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed growth targets, with an established book of business in the target market. * Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with home health regulations, reimbursement structures, and best practices is highly desirable. * Independence & Collaboration: Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team-focused environment. * Travel: Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
