You will be a thought leader, a true partner and a collaborator with clients seeking to reinvent the way they do business. You will work closely with your clients in State Government Departments delivering Pega innovative software which crushes business complexity by streamlining service to boosting efficiencies, allowing the Public Sector to make better decisions and get work done with real-time AI and intelligent automation all critical for the NSW, VIC and QLD Government’s Digital Transformation agenda.

Responsibilities
  • Penetrate new departments (new logo) and radiate new business within existing customer base in assigned State Government territory.
  • Leverage industry and product knowledge to share insights about how a client can maximize license to drive business benefits
  • Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity through prospecting.
  • Strong sales skills are critical in terms of forecasting, executive presentations, and strategic planning.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with multiple stakeholders across the clients inside State Gov / Public Sector Departments
  • Work with Pega’s strong Ecosystem to jointly generate Pega value propositions to take to Government.
  • To be a strong team player inside a state government team contributing with strategy, insights and quota success.
  • Provide insight to the customer as the basis of the commercial conversation, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to serve citizens
  • Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods
  • Work with Pega’s partners to generate Pega value propositions
