We specialize in non-medical and skilled private duty services, delivering personalized care that allows clients to remain safely and comfortably at home. We are building a high-performance sales and referral team and are looking for an experienced Account Executive who understands private duty home care and knows how to build strong referral partnerships in the Naples market. The Opportunity This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role for a proven performer who thrives on autonomy, accountability, and impact. As an Account Executive, you will own your territory, cultivate referral partnerships, and directly drive private pay admissions. This role is ideal for someone currently (or previously) selling private duty home care, concierge care, home health, or hospice who wants strong leadership support, realistic expectations, and uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do Build and manage referral relationships with: Assisted Living & Independent Living communities Case managers, social workers, and care coordinators Geriatric care managers, elder law attorneys, and discharge planners Drive private pay admissions through: Consistent in-person sales activity Strategic follow-up and account management Deep understanding of client and family needs Serve as a trusted partner and educator on: Private duty home care solutions Aging-in-place options Care transitions and urgent care needs Collaborate closely with operations and intake to ensure: Smooth onboarding Exceptional client experience Long-term account retention Track sales activity, referrals, and pipeline using CRM tools Requirements What We’re Looking For Required 2+ years of private duty home care sales experience (non-skilled or skilled) Strong familiarity with Collier County referral landscape Existing relationships within senior living or healthcare referral sources Proven ability to close private pay cases Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills Comfortable working independently in the field Preferred Background in home care, home health, hospice, or senior services CRM experience and data-driven sales approach Passion for serving seniors and families during critical life moments
