As a Guru you will be accountable for: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related matters. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction among assigned clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their needs effectively. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential and client value. Proactively address any client issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation to appropriate stakeholders when necessary. Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company, and manage contract renewals in a timely manner. Monitor account performance metrics, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders. We're looking for someone who: Experience in account management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in managing large, complex client accounts. Strong understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and client needs within the assigned sector or vertical. Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both client objectives and company goals, driving mutual success. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex contract negotiations and drive win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
