Overview The Account Executive, Provider Growth and Development, is a full-time, remote sales position focused on expanding our provider network within existing customers and new growth of network provider offices. The role involves selling to community and alternative care sites, building and maintaining relationships with community practices, ambulatory infusion centers, and infusion management organizations. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Provider Development. Responsibilities This role is responsible for qualifying and developing customer proposals necessary to grow the current provider network. Support the Provider Network team’s growth initiatives. Team is responsible to: Identify growth opportunities Prospecting potential customers Conduct product demonstrations Work closely with the internal pharma sales team to identify and expand customer opportunities Attend key industry conferences, such as NICA and NORM, where the individual and provider growth and development team serves as an industry thought leader and expert Participation in key account review sessions is expected as needed. Supports marketing with provider campaign activities Maintains company confidentiality Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the SVP, Provider Development Travel Note: Travel expectations to meet with prospective customers, attend trade shows, and visit corporate locations (may exceed 50%). The above duties are meant to be representative of the position and not all-inclusive. Qualifications MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven sales and account executive sales experience Bachelor’s degree or significant industry experience required 5-7 years of previous relevant work experience Experience selling SaaS and/or technology solutions (e.g., inventory, EHR, revenue cycle) for a community-facing GPO or specialty distributor is advantageous Experience selling to provider sites using "buy and bill" and Specialty Pharmacy drug reimbursement models with knowledge of benefits, and prior authorization. Experience supporting specialty therapies in gastroenterology, immunology, neurology, and/or ophthalmology is a plus Excellent organizational and time management skills. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong business development skills and existing relationships with providers in community clinics, AICs, and alternate care sites Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pricing, and Customer Service for strategic alignment and business growth Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Independent and proactive work approach Must have excellent multitasking skills to allow for success in the role Ability to pull, organize, and analyze data to help drive performance Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external partners Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proactive and able to take initiative in driving projects and initiatives forward Ability to resolve problems independently Ability to accept constructive feedback PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation and use standard office equipment Ability to participate in meetings, both in-person and virtually, which may require sitting or standing for extended periods Ability to travel to company offices, clients or external meetings frequently Visual acuity sufficient for reading and reviewing detailed reports and documentation Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
