ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – B2B SALES  Uncapped Commission | Protected Territory | High Growth Potential Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a driven Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries. If you are competitive, results-driven, and motivated by uncapped earnings, we want to hear from you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Prospect and develop new B2B accounts within your territory * Sell solutions into industries like biotech, pharma, semiconductor, and manufacturing * Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs assessments * Manage pipeline activity through cold calling, networking, and CRM tools * Close new business and consistently hit sales targets ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales (hunter role required) * Proven success in new account acquisition * Experience in one or more industries: biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing * Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills * Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems * Valid driver’s license + ability to travel (up to 50%) ---------------------------------------- NICE TO HAVE * Cleanroom, uniform rental, facility services, or industrial service sales experience * Contract-based or recurring revenue sales experience ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION * Base salary + uncapped commission * Bonus opportunities tied to performance * High earning potential ---------------------------------------- WHY WORK AT PRUDENTIAL OVERALL SUPPLY?
