Job Description As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within a defined territory or vertical. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions to customers using PTC’s suite of software products. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales efforts. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Understand customer needs and articulate the value of PTC’s solutions (CAD, IoT, ALM, PLM, AR, etc.). Collaborate with presales and other teams to deliver compelling presentations and demos. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and sales methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Japanese - Native Level, English - Business Level Nice-to-Have Skills Experience selling CAD, PLM, IoT, or AR solutions. Familiarity with PTC products such as Creo, Windchill, ThingWorx, or Vuforia.
