Job Description We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive new business within healthcare organizations. This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing complex deals. The ideal candidate has experience selling into healthcare organizations and is comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes, including clinical, financial, and executive audiences. *Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Qualifications Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Build and manage a pipeline of healthcare provider opportunities Identify, engage, and multi-thread key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial functions Lead discovery, solution alignment, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations Develop compelling, value-based sales narratives tied to customer outcomes Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance Consistently meet or exceed quota targets Maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot) and ensure pipeline visibility Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and customer success Provide market and customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy Travel up to ~20% as needed Requirements Healthcare sales experience required (selling into health systems, provider organizations, etc.) 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or analytics solutions Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex sales cycles Experience navigating multi-stakeholder deals with executive-level buyers Strong understanding of healthcare dynamics (e.g., value-based care, quality metrics, or revenue cycle) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a growth-stage environment Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
