Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Executive for Australia, you will be responsible for selling the Quinyx AI SaaS Workforce solutions that simplifies rostering/ scheduling, task management, budgeting and demand forecasting. You will be growing the Australian business and using your business development skills to bring out the best in each client opportunity. However, successful growth is a team sport, and you will work closely with the rest of the Australian team, which consists of Implementation consultants, a CSM, Support agents and other sales resources. Some of our clients include companies such as Dept of Health (Western Australia), Foodstuffs NZ, Endeavour Group, Grill’ed and many others.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience;
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of the Quinyx’ products to prospective clients
  • Working with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and providing accurate sales forecasts in Salesforce;
  • Gathering customer requirements, understanding their business needs and IT plans, think strategically about their needs and address through the framework of our solutions;
  • Collaborating with the marketing team and business development representatives to develop new strategies that help to maximise sales revenue and profitability;
  • Closely work together with our key partners in Australia to increase our footprint in the market.
