Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain filing systems for financial documents and records.
  • Account Receivable including preparing of e-invoice.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters. Co-ordinate with superior and other department for work related to customer, suppliers, staffs claim on progress collection and payments.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the finance team. Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities assigned when require.
  • Liase with bank, auditor, tax agent, government bodies and other external parties.

REQUIREMENTS:-

  • Professional certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in AR/ Collection
  • Preferably Female applicant
  • Experienced in accounting software is added advantage (especially in SQL)
  • Good in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel).
  • knowledge in e-invoice
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
