POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Executive with a background in staffing or recruitment and proven B2B sales experience. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will understand the staffing industry’s pace and demands, and thrive in a dynamic, performance-based environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving monthly targets
· Experience in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry is a must
· Strong understanding of staffing models (temporary, contract, on-demand)
· Ability to cold call, build relationships, and close business with hiring managers and HR teams
· Experience managing a sales pipeline and full deal lifecycle
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
· Valid driver’s license
· Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, HR, or related fields preferred

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle – prospecting, outreach, presentations, proposals, closing, and follow-ups
  • Conduct daily outbound sales activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging) to build and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships across multiple industries
  • Identify client staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions
  • Coordinate with internal recruiters to ensure accurate placements and client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Prepare pricing quotes and service agreements for potential clients
  • Represent Interlinx at networking events, job fairs, and client meetings
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate sales reporting
