As we scale, we are looking for commercial profiles to join our sales team and lead our enterprise SaaS expansion, for each of our 3 B2B products: RedZone, Smart Grid, and the Helin Platform. Through in-depth discussions with industry leaders, Helin identified key challenges for the coming years and developed the Red Zone Platform—a powerful AI-driven solution that combines automated Red Zone Monitoring with advanced data analytics.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Sales Executive, Red Zone you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise deals, for our one Helin’s products : Red Zone. This innovation not only improves safety on the drill floor but also provides early warnings that optimize drilling time and cost, ensuring a safer, more efficient, and data-driven future for the industry.
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, develop and execute strategic account plans targeting larger enterprises and own the entire end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-million ARR deals (Average length of the cycles would be between 2-3 months). Part of your responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Drive outbound prospecting and lead-generation efforts while also managing inbound opportunities (referrals). Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in complex B2B enterprise environments, within the energy and industrial sector.
