In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions whilst ensuring superior service and results for a designated agency and client group! The role will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and are leaders in the Broadcast media industry. Day to day you will: Book advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign Communicate with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email and complete data entry Qualifications You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly. What you'll bring: Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone & email) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills required Microsoft PowerPoint skills (highly desirable) Additional Information How we work At Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
