Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE…

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand our customer base within the UK market. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and closing high-value deals in the B2B sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a strong track record in securing clients, managing complex sales processes, and contributing to our growth trajectory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO…

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and using sales tools to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and tailored pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of x-hoppers’ solutions in solving key business challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deals.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer feedback.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to management on progress, key deals, and pipeline health.
  • Lead the process of responding to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) with tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across complex organizations and build structured, value-driven solutions that address client requirements.
  • Lead and manage Proof of Concept (POC) deals to demonstrate the value of x-hoppers’ solutions, working closely with prospects to tailor the POC to their specific needs, ultimately proving value and scaling the deal.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
