Job Description Key Responsibilities May Include: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with asset productivity objectives. Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure. Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff, ensuring effective equipment control practices are in place. Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing agreements around asset recovery processes to ensure a smooth transition and operational efficiency. Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate audit result forecast. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives, develop solutions that improve asset recovery, and expand CHEP’s customer base. Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance asset recovery performance. Propósito do Cargo: O Analista de Campo será responsável por fortalecer o relacionamento com o varejo, garantindo a correta utilização dos paletes CHEP e promovendo boas práticas junto a clientes e parceiros. Atuará diretamente em visitas a campo para auditar processos, aplicar treinamentos e conscientizar sobre a importância do uso adequado dos paletes CHEP, além de identificar oportunidades de melhoria, otimização na operação e oportunidades de crescimento Principais Responsabilidades: Realizar visitas aos clientes para acompanhamento do uso correto dos paletes registrando corretamente as informações no ERP da CHEP. Aplicar treinamentos e conscientizar clientes sobre boas práticas de utilização dos paletes CHEP. Identificar em campo e compartilhar internamente oportunidades de melhoria, desvios e otimização nos processos através de envio de relatórios aos executivos CHEP. Negociar assinatura de contrato para formalizar a participação do Distribuidor ao pooling. Agendar a coleta dos paletes CHEP disponíveis e identificados em campo durante as visitas para agilizar o retorno ao pooling. Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de performance das contas sob sua responsabilidade e a devida tomada de ação para cada conta. Manter comunicação ativa com Distribuidores por meio de ligações, reuniões online e presenciais para orientar sobre processos. Identificar oportunidades de negócios e aumento de volume de paletes CHEP junto ao varejo. Qualificação: Nível Universitário Completo ou Cursando Experiência: Experiência prévia em auditoria de campo, varejo, relacionamento com clientes e/ou operações logísticas. Conhecimento em análise de processos e controle de qualidade Habilidade para conduzir treinamentos e apresentações. Capacidade analítica para identificar oportunidades e otimizar processos. Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas presenciais a clientes. Habilidades: Possuir CNH categoria B dentro da validade (obrigatório). Familiaridade com ferramentas de auditoria e softwares de gestão (ERP, CRM, planilhas avançadas). Noções de controle de estoque. Capacidade de elaboração de relatórios detalhados.
