ABOUT THE ROLE

At Rezdy, we power the experiences that make travel unforgettable. As a leading SaaS booking platform for the experience industry, we help operators streamline operations, drive bookings, and grow revenue. Now, we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to take ownership of outbound sales in ANZ. This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand-new function, test and refine strategies, and set the foundation for future growth. If you’re a true hunter who thrives in outbound sales, wants to build something from the ground up, and knows how to drive a pipeline, this is the role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prospecting and pipeline generation - Targeting and engaging tourism operators, leveraging research, outbound calls, and networking.
  • End-to-end sales cycle ownership - From cold outreach to discovery calls, demos, and closing deals.
  • Building a scalable outbound strategy - Experimenting with different sales approaches, tracking results, and refining tactics.
  • Collaboration across teams - Working with marketing, onboarding, and customer success to create a seamless customer journey.
  • Driving results in a fast-moving environment - Setting the benchmark for outbound sales at Rezdy.
