We are looking for an Account Executive to play a vital role in generating interest in LR services through proactive outbound prospecting efforts by phone, email, preset appointments, and video sales presentations. This role involves conducting daily discovery calls, engaging in solution presentations, and providing exceptional service to current clients. Occasional travel may be required. Preferred candidates will have experience working with estate planning, elder law attorneys and/or senior living communities. This position will be based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL. What You’ll Do: Qualify prospective clients through targeted questions about their business strategy. Inform prospects about the LeadingResponse Value Proposition and assess the likelihood of the prospect being a good match for LeadingResponse services, scheduling next steps as needed. Conduct outbound calls and emails with a focus on marketing for estate planning, elder law attorneys, and/or senior living communities. Maintain availability for live transfers and qualified appointments set by the SDR team. Provide product demos to qualified prospects upon request. Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Place high emphasis on capturing and documenting critical data, maintaining accurate records in a CRM. Complete administrative tasks and necessary follow-ups required on client orders, collaborating with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled to customer satisfaction. Investigate and resolve customer concerns. Collaborate with senior sales leadership to foster a culture of continuous process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Two years of sales experience. Experience in marketing to estate planning attorneys or senior living communities preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Proven business-to-business sales experience. Clear track record of achieving high-performance sales growth. Strong sense of urgency and ability to translate it into activity. Good problem-solving skills to understand and meet customer needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with Salesforce.com experience preferred. Ability to work in a remote environment and willingness to travel as needed.
