Role: Account Executive
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support internal teams, ensuring swift resolution of escalated issues.
- Enhance process efficiency and provide crucial insights for seamless operations.
- Manage external vendor services to uphold quality and efficiency standards.
- Lead new group onboarding and training, and deliver impactful presentations during Open Enrollment.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending industry events.
- Facilitate clear communication across departments, adapting to dynamic needs.
- 5+ years in Account Management with a strong foundation in claims processing. Eldorado system knowledge preferred.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complexities with a proactive, organized approach.
- Tech-savvy with a commitment to learning new systems.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and a team player attitude.
