Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, well-established, and commercial team supporting customers in their digital transformation journey. As Account Executive, you'll be responsible for accelerating growth of our SaaS portfolio by expanding business within assigned accounts and converting qualified leads into long-term customers. The role combines the startup atmosphere with the support and stability of a mature organization. You will report to a Sr Manager. Your Responsibilities: Apply a strategic and creative approach to the SaaS sales process Build and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning solutions with business and technical needs Develop and execute sales strategies to close opportunities and exceed targets Coordinate engagement orders and resource scheduling with internal delivery teams Maintain accurate records of opportunities and progress using CRM and sales tools Collaborate with the BDR team to launch targeted campaigns and build a sustainable pipeline Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth goals Convert qualified leads into closed deals through effective sales cycle management The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or 4+ years equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years in SaaS sales, ideally within industrial or enterprise software sectors. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Strong research and discovery skills to identify strategic contacts and accounts. Proven success in virtual and consultative SaaS selling. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Excellent project management skills. Understanding of industrial operations and digital transformation trends. Any other European languages are a plus.
