The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) has a mission to evangelize and develop an interest in Cycode. The RSM is then responsible for prospecting into targeted accounts within a geographic area to create a pipeline and drive the adoption and acquisition of new accounts. The ideal candidate has command of strong sales fundamentals and exceptional documentation/communication of activities through SFDC. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in Field Sales experience in a high-growth SaaS company. Experience in Security space, AppSec is a must History working within an early-stage scaling company. Adaptable and able to excel in a quickly evolving environment. Successful experience running the entire sales cycle from start to finish and owning a million-dollar+ quota. History of strong sales performance and quota attainment. Accurate forecasting skills. Highly motivated and professional, with excellent verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient with sales processes such as MEDDICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling.
