EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in consultative selling to complex organizations, with multiple decision-makers
  • HealthTech and SaaS experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This role will work in a variety of environments with a mix of prolonged sedentary periods during the planning process, prolonged periods of movement during implementation process, and be comfortable routinely traveling with a variety of methods of transportation.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Rx Redefined is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The Account Executive will play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, office administrative, and clinical staff to promote the adoption and utilization of Rx Redefined’s healthcare solutions. This role will require a deep understanding of clinical processes, healthcare technology, and a passion for driving positive patient outcomes.
As an Account Executive, you will use your clinical background, business acumen, and people skills to help pioneer a new model of Durable Medical Equipment care delivery. The ideal candidate for this role will have a clinical background supplemented by experience in medical device or medical technology sales. We’re looking for independent self starters to join our team during hyper growth mode. This position is remote with 50%+ travel at peak times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as the Account Executive for Rx Redefined customers with revenue growth and performance targets for your assigned accounts
  • Leads physician, staff, and key stakeholder engagement activities at assigned accounts beginning at launch and through the customer lifecycle, engaging in pre-launch activities, as required, to ensure success
  • Willingness to manage accounts outside assigned geography as needed
  • Travels as needed (50%+ at peak times) to customer sites to manage relationships, conduct additional training, solve problems, drive outcomes, and contribute to account health
  • Resolves customer escalations and challenges while prioritizing a positive customer and patient experience
  • Proactively monitor and analyze customer performance metrics, including financial health and adoption
  • Develop and execute strategies for improving or maintaining performance for the assigned accounts
  • Delivers subject matter expertise for Rx Redefined technology and value, DMEPOS market, and the regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and within the account team to drive results.
