Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing prospective clients within the SaaS sector. This role requires a proactive sales professional who is skilled in client relationship management, understands the Challenger Sales methodology, and is intrinsically motivated to exceed sales targets consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through consultative sales methods and a Challenger Sales approach
  • Conduct client and market research to strategically target potential customers
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closure
  • Maintain accurate sales records and manage CRM data for reporting, analysis and revenue forecasts
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries and deliver product and service presentations
  • Support training and guidance of channel sales partners where necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Travel to client premises when required to drive engagement and deal closure
