Sage is looking for a growth-minded Account Executive to join a quickly rising retail healthcare startup. This position is full-time with benefits and will serve the Fort Myers and Sarasota, FL market with initial training of 2 - 3 months. The Account Executive is responsible for all sales activities in a specified territory and for growing top line revenues. The Account Executive’s customers include most physician specialties, infusion clinics, hospitals and medication manufacturers.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and infusion therapy services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within assigned territory
  • Healthcare sales or account management certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the healthcare sector
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and problem resolution
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Sage Infusion services
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Sage Infusion
