JOB SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

We’re on a mission to transform how companies manage GRC, ethics, compliance, and whistleblowing. Our comprehensive SaaS solution empowers organizations to handle reports, protect whistleblowers, and ensure integrity — all at a significantly lower price point than legacy providers. With a modern interface and powerful case management capabilities, we’re disrupting a stagnant space and making compliance accessible.
We’re looking for a hungry, curious, and driven Junior BDM/AE to help us accelerate growth in the U.S. mid-market — particularly among customers of traditional providers like NAVEX.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Must reside in Eastern or Central standard time zones.
  • 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead generation, or business development (BDR/SDR, AE, or BDM roles)
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Confidence speaking with mid-level to senior decision-makers in HR, Legal, Compliance, or Procurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plusInterest in GRC, compliance, ethics, or SaaS for regulated industries is a bonus

  • As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through inbound leads, outbound efforts, and channel referrals
  • Pitch the value of our whistleblower SaaS platform via email, cold calls, social selling, and demos
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and tailor our solution to key compliance pain points
  • Manage sales cycles from initial contact through to closed-won — with support from senior sales leadership
  • Collaborate with marketing to test messaging, improve lead conversion, and share field insights
  • Document activities in our CRM and contribute to a structured sales process
  • Learn and grow with training in compliance workflows, objection handling, negotiation, and SaaS sales
