POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role focuses on B2B sales within the nutraceutical sector, working closely with distributors, veterinarians, and animal health businesses. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, and be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience or knowledge in the small and/or large animal sector is an advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with both small animal and large animal business sectors is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Handle all sales administration tasks including order processing, customer confirmations and order communication, contract management, technical files and internal documentation, label and sample management.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Organise industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Analyse client data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
