OVERVIEW:
Join our growing sales team at MXD Process, where you’ll lead customer engagements across the food, beverage, personal care, and agricultural sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive salesperson who can identify needs, guide prospects through complex technical buying decisions, and close high-value capital equipment deals.
We are looking for a consultative B2B sales professional who understands regulated manufacturing environments and thrives in a technical sales process.
This position is full-time, based in Jeffersonville, Indiana, with flexible travel across North America for client visits and industry events.
Engage and Qualify: Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead follow-up. Understand customer pain points and process needs through discovery calls and research.
Collaborate to Win: Work closely with application engineers to co-develop technical solutions that meet customer goals for performance, timing, and budget.
Manage the Sales Process: Own the sales lifecycle—from prospecting and RFQ development to quote review, objection handling, and contract finalization.
Drive Deals to Close: Set meetings, follow up persistently, and manage your pipeline using HubSpot and ODOO to ensure deals stay on track and customers stay informed.
Build Relationships: Stay connected with customers after the sale. Ensure their success and look for opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
