JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Order Processor / Account Executive required for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. You will be responsible for comprehensive customer account management and order processing across all stages of the print production process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care as this is very important for our brand and our customers
• Previous experience in a print environment
• A confident communicator and able to handle complex situations
• Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Prepared to take ownership of projects from start to finish
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic, focused approach to work
• Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management
