About the role We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business through a mix of inbound and outbound sales. You’ll own the full sales cycle, partnering with prospects to understand their challenges and deliver solutions that drive real business impact. This role requires both strong closing ability and the initiative to build pipeline. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we scale our go-to-market motion, using state of the art AI technologies to drive business outcomes for our customers What you'll do Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for net-new customers Manage and convert inbound leads while proactively building outbound pipeline Run thoughtful discovery to uncover business pain and tie solutions to measurable outcomes Deliver tailored product demos and proposals that clearly communicate value Build a Prospect’s business case and tie our AI solutions to their business pain Overcome buyer objections by engaging and not only understanding the prospect’s business pain but also their buying cycle and key buying influences Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed quota Partner with marketing on lead quality feedback and campaign insights Collaborate with product and customer success to ensure strong deal quality and handoff Maintain accurate forecasting and Hubspot hygiene What you bring 4–7+ years of closing experience in SaaS or high-growth environments Proven ability to both generate pipeline (outbound) and convert inbound opportunities Strong discovery skills and a consultative sales approach Track record of hitting quota in a full-cycle role Highly organized with strong pipeline management and follow-through Clear communicator with strong business acumen Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in a fast-moving environment Why you'll love working here At SalesAi, we believe your work should support your life—not the other way around.
