• Manage full set of accounts
• Perform daily accounting and finance duties including AR, AP processes, GL, tax, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Handle intercompany billing, manage transactions, and reconcile intercompany accounts
• Review staff claims for accuracy and supporting documentation before processing payments
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns
• Prepare required schedules/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
• Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and MS Office
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
