Over the past decade we have built and classified more than 30 million pages of proprietary Nordic business data, such as financial filings, ESG reports, board minutes, job postings, making it structured and machine-readable. That data foundation now powers a suite of AI agents that help enterprise sales teams move from manual prospecting to automated, insight-driven workflows: identifying the right accounts, enriching CRM records at scale, and surfacing buying signals that competitors miss. We also connect Vainu data directly to the AI tools teams already use (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) via our MCP server. With offices in Helsinki and Stockholm, we serve hundreds of customers from fast-growing SMEs to large Nordic enterprises. The role As an Account Executive at Vainu, you own the full sales cycle for new business in Sweden. You will introduce prospects to a platform that is evolving quickly, from a data provider to an AI-powered sales intelligence suite, and help them understand why quality Nordic data is the non-negotiable foundation for any AI-driven revenue workflow. You will work across a range of company sizes and verticals, and you are expected to build your own pipeline, run compelling demos, and close deals consistently. Senior AEs additionally take on more complex, multi-stakeholder deals and contribute to how we develop our sales playbook. The expected start date is on August 10, 2026, but this can be adjusted if needed. What you will do Build and manage your own pipeline, outbound is part of the job Run product demos that connect Vainu's AI offering to each prospect's specific workflow Drive deals from first contact to signed contract Hit monthly targets and track your activity with discipline Stay current on how our product is developing and translate new features into customer value What we are looking for At least 12 months of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting targets Comfortable running the full cycle independently, from cold outreach to close Curious about AI and automation; you do not need to be technical, but you should be interested in how AI is changing B2B sales High activity mindset: you enjoy the pace of building a pipeline and are not afraid to pick up the phone Native-level Swedish and solid English Based in Stockholm, with the ability to work from our Drottninggatan office regularly Compensation Mid-level Base salary SEK 33,000–40,000 / month OTE SEK 43,000–50,000 / month Senior Base salary SEK 40,000–50,000 / month OTE SEK 60,000–70,000 / month All commissions are uncapped, with accelerators for over-performance.
