QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, software development, or IT services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by developing strong, trusted relationships
  • Conduct discovery meetings and needs assessments to understand client requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to develop and present proposals
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and software solution demos
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company goals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and the company’s product/service offerings
