Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record in adding new clients to the revenue stream and expanding existing clients into new offering areas.
  • Experience working throughout the sales lifecycle, from sourcing to closing deals.
  • Experience in consultative sales with executive leaders within the HR function, including the CHRO, Head of Talent, Head of Diversity and Inclusion, Head of Leadership Development, and/or Head of Executive Developmen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accustomed to working on a base + commission compensation structure (compensation listed in job listing is base salary)
  • Accustomed to working with a smaller company and being a part of the continued improvement in the sales proces
Responsibilities
  • Compensation: The salary range for this role is $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience level. This position is also eligible for commission, which is not capped.

The Account Executive position is fully focused on business development. The AE is responsible for creating new client relationships and growing those partnerships between Signature Leaders and companies looking to develop their pipeline of female leaders. To achieve this goal, the AE will focus their time on the following activities:

  • Identify companies who fit our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and determine the appropriate leader(s) who could be clients of Signature Leaders
  • Create target company lists, research these companies, understand key buyers and their backgrounds, and explore any “warm entry” approaches to opening a new door.
  • Develop targeted sales messaging and create opportunities to discuss Signature Leaders’ unique value proposition
  • Follow up on targeted campaigns to advance an attendee’s interest and reason for joining
  • Recommend new campaign ideas to reach new target companies
  • Conduct client meetings to share program offerings and explore ways to partner with potential clients
  • Complete sales with new clients and manage relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain engagement with your accounts for continued support and account expansion
  • Drive sales activities to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals
  • Research clients, industry news, and competitors to generate new sales ideas and opportunities
  • Manage sales data in Hubspot and reporting for accounts you own
  • Report weekly forecast metrics and account needs to Signature Leaders’ CEO and COO

Additional activities the AE will conduct to create more sales opportunities:

  • Coordinate with the Program Delivery team to leverage the Signature Network to expand accounts and identify growth opportunities partnering with the sales team
  • Provide input into the Signature Leaders Account Management and Development Strategy, including sales messaging and marketing ideas
  • Identify improvements to the account management process and messaging to increase sales and solidify relationships
  • Provide input for additional marketing assets needed to increase visibility to potential customers
