We provide flooring installation services to the multi-family industry (apartments, student housing) and to the growing Single Family Rental Homes market.    JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven outside sales representative to join our team, focusing on the thriving Single-family flooring market. This role is ideal for a skilled B2B sales professional with a strong background in prospecting, closing new business, and developing long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic outreach and exceptional customer service.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  * This role primarily generates maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the multi-family/apartment market by effectively selling flooring products and installation services.  * Sustains a pipeline of new business through creative prospecting. * Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. * Provides all necessary information for each new account/customer. * Provides floor plans and pricing for all accounts/customers via customer templates. * Promptly addresses customer complaints and problems. * Sets and achieves monthly and quarterly goals. * Performs random job site inspections. Reports results to the Operations department. * Maintains an organized sample/showroom and sales office. * Reports to management any information pertinent to competitive pricing and/or changes in the marketplace * Other duties as assigned.
